Membership Criteria
- agree to CESS Philosophy (mission statement & core beliefs)
- quality athletics program mandatory, including regularly scheduled practices to develop players prior to tournaments (minimum once per week)
- rep must attend at least one CESS meeting annually
- expected to share the responsibility of hosting/co-hosting tournaments
- initial application and $75 fee to be submitted
